What do you do at Mizuho?
I'm the head of the operations, finance and administration departments. My job is to supervise, improve, monitor and control the application of policies, procedures and regulations for the day-to-day operation of the bank, as well as to make proper financial and managerial decisions.

What’s the first thing you read every day?
In the morning I read the news—when I arrive at work, it’s my emails.

What’s one thing you've learned while at Mizuho or in the industry?
The most important thing to keep in mind is, the client always comes first.

What do you do for fun?
Exercise, reading, drawing, watching movies and dancing are some of my spare time activities.
