Mizuho Green Matters
Mizuho Green Matters is an employee resource group (ERG) that was established to promote the adoption of a green office strategy and reduce our carbon footprint. Led by our employees, Mizuho Green Matters undertakes different initiatives to integrate sustainability into our everyday business, as well as to understand and manage the use of resources to improve carbon efficiency. Some of these initiatives include quantifying and tracking office carbon emission data by using smart energy meters, continuously educating staff while promoting green office practices, and reducing waste and the excessive use of resources.
