"My 10-year journey at Mizuho has been marked by numerous projects, with a highlight being a pilot regional project that brought together teams from Singapore, India, Japan, and Thailand; outsourcing operation work to international company in India. There were obstacles in terms of work process design, training and timeline. Through hard work, trust, and a shared vision, we innovated towards a prosperous and sustainable future - a truly unforgettable experience that showcases the power of collaboration and teamwork
