Mizuho Bank opens a new office in Navi Mumbai to host part of its back-office operations

Mizuho Bank-India opens a new office in Aurum Q Parc (in Ghansoli- Navi Mumbai), where it will host part of its centralised back-office operations.
The front office departments of Mumbai office (i.e. customer facing functions such as Corporate and Institutional Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Treasury, Business Process Administration, Cash Counters, etc.) shall continue to operate from Lower Parel.
The transition of part of the centralised operations has been made to the new office in order to accommodate growing operations in India and for providing better infrastructure to the operating staff.
Operations of Mizuho Global Services India Private Limited (MGS) too shall be based in same building in Navi Mumbai. MGS was set up in 2020 as the Global In-house Company (GIC) of Mizuho Financial Group in India. It is the captive processing unit of the Group to support operations of its global offices.
Mizuho Bank-India presently has five branches (i.e. Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad), with its Principal Office at Lower Parel, Mumbai.
