Notice of Temporary Service Suspension Due to IT System Maintenance (Saturday, August 8, 2026 – Sunday, August 9, 2026)

We will be conducting IT system maintenance from Saturday, August 8, 2026, to Sunday, August 9, 2026.
During the dates and times noted below, the services shown will be unavailable.
The suspension schedule may vary by service.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding.

Request to Our Customers
During the service suspension period, Mizuho Bank and Mizuho Trust & Banking ATM cards cannot be used at Mizuho Bank ATMs or at certain ATMs of other financial institutions,including partner financial institutions and convenience store ATMs.
Transfers via Mizuho Direct online and telephone banking will also be unavailable.
In addition, transfers from other financial institutions to Mizuho Bank or Mizuho Trust & Banking accounts during the service suspension period may be credited on or after Monday, August 10, 2026.
Please note that Mizuho JCB Debit, Smart Debit, and Mizuho Business Debit can still be used during the system maintenance period.
We ask that you use ATMs or Mizuho Direct before the suspension period as necessary.

From 10:00 PM on Saturday, August 8, 2026 to 11:00 AM on Sunday, August 9, 2026
Note: Similar system maintenance, including ATM service suspensions in October, is to be conducted multiple times in 2026.
If there are any changes to the service suspension schedule, updates will be provided on the Mizuho Bank website and other channels.
Note: Depending on maintenance status, services may also be suspended from 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2026, to 11:00 AM on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
