During the service suspension period, Mizuho Bank and Mizuho Trust & Banking ATM cards cannot be used at Mizuho Bank ATMs or at certain ATMs of other financial institutions, including partner financial institutions and convenience store ATMs.
During the service suspension, services such as adding electronic money (e.g., to J-Coin Pay, Mizuho Suica) from Mizuho Bank accounts will also be unavailable.
Please note that Mizuho JCB Debit, Smart Debit, and Mizuho Business Debit can still be used during the system maintenance period.
We ask that you make necessary preparations in advance, such as using ATMs and adding funds to electronic payment services.
