Mizuho Yen Custody is a unit of Mizuho Bank, established in April 2002 by the merger of Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, Fuji Bank, and Industrial Bank of Japan, which operated in the Japanese market for securities settlement and clearing until 2013 as a part of Mizuho Bank.

Adverse changes in business, assets or financial condition of a provider of securities services could directly cause clients a potential loss or damage.


Fee schedule for our custody services basically consists of (a) safekeeping fee applicable to the asset balance under custody, (b) transaction fee applicable to each delivery/receipt of securities and (c) other fees applicable to particular types of transactions and so forth.
