Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (President & CEO: Koji Fujiwara) completed the transfer of its information technology business support systems and administrative operations from the Los Angeles Branch to the New York Branch and started operating under the new service network on October 1 (local time).
This transfer enhances our ability to offer clients a uniform quality of service across the country. As a result, the Los Angeles Branch can focus more on sales and client relationship management. In addition, our operational efficiency is expected to improve as a result of this integration.
By reinforcing client facing channels, we upgrade our service network in the United States and provide enhanced support to our clients as they pursue their business strategy.
