About Mizuho Securities India

Mizuho Securities India is a subsidiary of Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., the securities arm of Mizuho Financial Group, Inc., one of the world's largest and most trusted financial institutions. Mizuho Financial Group was formed in 2002 from the merger of three of Japan's largest and most established banks, the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, Fuji Bank and the Industrial Bank of Japan.

In Japanese, mizuho means “a bountiful harvest of rice”, and our name expresses our continuing commitment to offer highly valuable financial products and services to all of our customers, all over the world.

Mizuho Securities India was incorporated in May 2010 and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Merchant Banker.
