Equity Capital Markets
We partner with leading corporations, entrepreneurs and financial sponsors to raise capital and accelerate growth. Our team advises on a full spectrum of equity financing solutions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, private placements and equity-linked securities and offers global distribution and execution capabilities via our strong investor and affiliate network across the globe.

Fund Placement
We provide comprehensive private capital advisory and global fundraising solutions to private equity, private credit, real assets and infrastructure managers. We support GPs throughout the fundraising lifecycle, from strategy and positioning to due diligence, documentation, and execution through close. We also support clients with ongoing investor relations, including pre-marketing strategy, investor communications, market soundings and conducting LP surveys. Connecting high-quality managers with institutional investors across the Asia Pacific region, we combine local market knowledge with the resources of a global investment bank. Global Markets

Equities
We have an institutional equity sales team based in Singapore which collaborates with headquarters and core offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, London, etc. This enables us to provide overarching services including equity sales, equity research, and equity trading for institutional investors. Mizuho Securities as a whole also provides services including investment banking, corporate access and alternatives.

Fixed Income
We provide a full range of fixed income products including sales and trading of investment-grade and high-yield credit, government bonds, derivatives, securitization and structured products covering the full range of investors and issuers, such as asset managers, central banks, financial institutions, corporates and alternative managers. We offer tier-one solutions by leveraging our strong balance sheet position and relationships, coupled with our research and insight into the Japan and broader Asia markets. Our experienced and diverse teams work seamlessly with our Mizuho franchise to deliver exceptional service, deep analysis and effective execution across the full spectrum of fixed income solutions.

Futures
We provide futures and derivatives clearing services for institutional clients through our wholly-owned subsidiary Mizuho Markets Futures Singapore ("MMFS"). Clients can access global markets such as CME, ICE, SGX, JPX, etc., through Mizuho’s extensive membership and clearing network. Our other services include 24/6 trade execution services and facilitating physical deliveries. Financing solutions can also be structured if clients require.

Wealth Management

We provide bespoke and agile wealth management services, including global equities, global fixed income, foreign exchange products, discretionary portfolio management and family services to high net worth individuals and associated corporate entities through a strategic partnership with Lombard Odier (Singapore) Ltd.
