Recently, Mizuho Bank, Ltd. – Hanoi Branch and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (“Mizuho HN” and “Mizuho HCMC” respectively) have received unofficial and unverified information from numerous individuals stating that certain persons are using the name and images of our Bank to post on an unauthorized mobile application with content relating to providing personal loans whereby Mizuho HN and Mizuho HCMC act as the lender and/or related party in such promoted lending activity.
Mizuho HN and Mizuho HCMC hereby officially state that our Bank branches do not provide any personal loan services and are not related to any personal lending activities on any application or website. We do not bear any responsibility for any arising problems (including damages, if any) from these activities.
Please contact the relevant competent authorities to protect your legitimate rights and interests if necessary.
If you have any legally collected evidence pertaining to said individuals using counterfeit seals and/or documents under the name of Mizuho HN and/or Mizuho HCMC, please share in writing with our Bank.
