Mizuho signs MoU with Saudi EXIM Bank

Mizuho EMEA is honoured to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi EXIM Bank. The MoU was exchanged between Mr. Seiji Imai, Chair of Mizuho Financial Group, and H.E. Eng. Saad Al-Khalb, CEO of Saudi EXIM Bank.


The MOU exchange ceremony took place at a Saudi-Japan roundtable meeting in the presence of H.E. Al-Falih, Minister of Investment and Mr. Iwai, Japanese ambassador to Saudi Arabia during a trip by Japan’s Prime Minister, Mr. Kishida.


This MoU focusses on strengthening the mutual trade exchange between the two countries and enhancing non-oil Saudi exports.


As the first Japanese bank to establish a presence in the Kingdom, Mizuho continues to promote investment between the two countries and enhance its presence in the Kingdom.
