Mizuho signs business cooperation agreement with Attijariwafa Bank to strengthen African business

On the occasion of The Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 7), held on 27 August 2019 in Yokohama, Mr Hiroshi Nagamine, Managing Executive Officer, Head of EMEA, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., signed a Business Cooperation Agreement ('BCA'), with Attijariwafa Bank (‘AWB’). The BCA covers a broad range of banking and related services.

Toru Inoue, MD & Head, Structured Finance Department Europe, commented that: "The signing of this BCA is an expression of Mizuho’s strong desire to develop further our business activities on the African continent.
