May 31 - June 4, 2023 | Liberty National Golf Club

The Mizuho Americas Open is a new tournament on the LPGA Tour. As title sponsor, Mizuho Americas created and drove a vision for a distinctive and premium event that celebrates women and advances the next generation. Played at the prestigious Liberty National Golf Club, with LPGA icon Michelle Wie West as celebrity host, the tournament features an elevated purse and a unique junior component where the amateur stars of tomorrow compete alongside the best women golfers in the world.

Influencial Tournament Host

LPGA icon and Major Champion, Michelle Wie West is a trailblazer on and off the golf course. After stepping away from professional golf to focus on family and advocacy, she accepted Mizuho Americas’ invitation to host its first-ever LPGA tournament, based on shared values and commitment to making an outsized impact on women athletes, youth, and society.

Innovative Format

Showcasing the stars of today alongside the future of the game, 120 LPGA players will compete alongside 24 top-ranked junior girls on the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Tour, creating an unprecedented week of education and access to inspire the next generation of LPGA Tour players.;

Iconic Venue

Overlooking the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline, Liberty National Golf Club boasts some of the most scenic views in golf. This will mark the first time that Liberty National will host an LPGA event, having previously hosted PGA TOUR Playoff events and the 2017 Presidents Cup.
