Burt Podbere serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CrowdStrike. Michael Gerstenhaber is the Vice President of Product Management for Gemini Enterprise at Google Cloud. In this leadership role, he is responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical portfolio designed to power the next generation of intelligent applications. James Babski joined Greenhill in July 2000 and is a Managing Director in the TMT Group where he covers Fintech firms. Based in New York, James has over 25 years of investment banking experience covering fintech companies. James earned a BS in Commerce from University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John R. Buchanan is Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Mizuho Americas. As Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for the technology operations and enterprise change programs in the region. As Chief Operating Officer, he is also responsible for the management of Operations IT and Facilities at Mizuho Securities USA. John has held various leadership positions since joining Mizuho in 2009, including Head of Corporate Development and Head of Strategy, and has contributed to the firm’s record growth and expansion in the region. Prior to joining Mizuho, John spent 20 years at ABN Amro in several management roles in sales, strategy, and business operations. John is a member of Mizuho’s Management, Risk, IT SteerCo (Chair), Executive Management Change Committee (EMCC+), and New Product Committees. He is also the Executive Sponsor of the firm’s DO&I employee resource groups. John holds a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

John joined Mizuho in November 2023 as a Senior Analyst covering the chemicals and packaging industries.  John brings to Mizuho nearly 40 years of sell-side research experience covering chemicals, having served at several bulge-bracket firms and a leading boutique.

He was ranked #9 in Institutional Investor’s 2023 All-America Research Team for his team’s work in chemicals. Michael Regelski is the Senior Vice President, Research and Development, Intelligent Power Management Solutions and Chief Technology Officer for the Electrical Sector of Eaton, a global power management company.

In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of innovative digital solutions and the company’s centralized software research and development organization. In addition, he is working with engineering and business leaders to develop and implement the electrical sector technology strategy. He is also responsible for providing overall direction and guidance for all engineering, program management and technology enhancement initiatives within the business.

Michael joined Eaton in 2015. Prior to joining Eaton, he was Vice President, Systems and Controls Engineering for UTC Building and Industrial Systems, where he was responsible for growing advanced model based engineering methods and developing core electronic, controls and software technology platforms across Building and Industrial Systems business units.

Michael was one of the founding members and Vice President, Engineering for Lenel Systems which was acquired by United Technologies in 2005. Upon joining UTC, he held various positions including Vice President, Engineering for Global Security Products and Vice President, Engineering and Product Management for Automation and Control Solutions.
