Vikram joined Mizuho in November 2021 as a senior analyst based in New York, co-heading the REIT teamPrior to Mizuho, Vikram worked at Morgan Stanley where he led coverage of various REIT sub-sectors including Healthcare, Office, Industrial. Triple Nets and Brokers. His 18+ year sell-side career includes coverage of Industrials and IT and Business Services. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked for 4 years as an appraiser and consultant at Colliers and Jones Lang LaSalle (global real estate brokerage firms). He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University and MBA from the University of Michigan (Ross)
