Dissolution of Subsidiary

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. hereby announces that our wholly owned subsidiary, Mizuho Bank, Ltd. has decided to dissolve its subsidiary, Mizuho Sogo Kanri Co., Ltd., as follows.
