The appointment of Mr. Yuji Yoshimasu as corporate auditor is subject to approval at the regular general meeting of shareholders of MHSC to be held on June 23, 2014.
Mr. Yoshimasu qualifies as an "outside corporate auditor" under the Companies Act.
