Donation to support those affected by the catastrophic flood in Libya
Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. (President & CEO: Masahiro Kihara) offers its deepest condolences to those affected by the catastrophic flood in Libya, especially to the families who have lost their loved ones in the disaster. We also express our sincere gratitude to those working to provide ground support and aid for disaster relief.
Mizuho and its employees are donating JPY 10 million and JPY 1 million respectively to assist in humanitarian relief. We hope the funds will help support the swift recovery of Libya over the months to come.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the communities and people of Libya in the affected region.
