There has been several news reports with regards to the new business plan of Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") since yesterday. However, these reports are not based on any announcements made by the Company. Various considerations are being made in the preparation of the Company's new business plan and no formal decisions have been made at this moment.
The new business plan is expected to be announced on May 15, 2019.
