New York, November 19, 2021 – Mizuho Americas today announced that Darlene Pasquill, Head of Americas Equity Division was honored for Excellence in Leadership at the 2021 Markets Choice Awards for Women in Finance. Pasquill’s nomination highlighted her role in helping the firm participate in larger equity revenue fee pools by expanding its products and services to its institutional clients. Other winners included Rutuja Jagtap, Vice President, Banking Americas; and Laura London, Vice President, Corporate Communications and Marketing, both named Rising Stars.
Pasquill, Jagtap, and London were celebrated in a virtual ceremony last night. In addition, Liz Ceisler, Mizuho Americas Co-Chief Human Resources Officer and past Markets Choice Women in Finance Award Winner and Jean Lam MacInnes, Americas Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, served as award presenters for Excellence in Human Resources and Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, respectively.
