Outsourcing of operations outside Japan
Our company handles customers' personal information appropriately in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations, as well as our company's various policies including the Privacy Policy. However, for some of the operations conducted by our company, we outsource to overseas business operators as exemplified below, and provide personal information only to the extent necessary for the outsourced operations.
- When using applications provided by overseas business operators for customer satisfaction surveys and marketing initiatives
- When using applications provided by overseas business operators for conducting interviews with job applicants
Please note that, based on your request, our bank will respond to inquiries regarding the names of foreign countries where our contracted business operators reside and other matters stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Act and guidelines. Please contact the branch or office of our bank with which you have transactions. (Please note that some branches may not be able to handle such requests.)
