This page presents Mizuho’s sustainability-related disclosures. Since fiscal 2015, we have issued an Integrated Report, which combines the former CSR Report and Disclosure Book. From fiscal 2026 onward, we have also issued a Sustainability Report that brings together the previous Climate & Nature-related Report, Human Capital Report, Human Rights Report, Sustainability Progress, and ESG Data Book disclosures. We also publish reports on specific topics.
Integrated Report
We issue the Integrated Report to provide stakeholders with a concise and clear explanation of how Mizuho creates value together with its clients and with the economy and society, and to deepen communication with stakeholders.

Sustainability Report
In fiscal 2026, we consolidated the Climate & Nature-related Report, Human Capital Report, Human Rights Report, Sustainability Progress, and ESG Data Book disclosures—each of which had been issued separately through fiscal 2025—into a single Sustainability Report that is both more comprehensive and more accessible.

Other Reports
The Mizuho Sustainability Focus report summarizes Mizuho's thinking and initiatives, focusing on major changes in industries related to sustainability and themes that could become new business paradigms, based on Mizuho's long-standing industrial insights.
In the 2025 edition, we present an updated overview of Mizuho's approach to sustainable business, reflecting changes in the external environment surrounding sustainability. In addition, we highlight Mizuho's initiatives in transition support and showcase examples of our efforts in key focus areas for the future.

Starting from September 2020, Mizuho has compiled and disclosed data based on the standards provided by the US-based Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
Going forward we will utilize the SASB standards and other international disclosure frameworks while continuing to expand our disclosures, and listen carefully to feedback from our varied stakeholders to further enhance our initiatives and disclosures.
