light of the principles set forth in the report entitled "JFSA's supervisory approaches to lending business and loan loss provisioning" published by the Japan Financial Services Agency in December 2019, the Company has decided that it is appropriate to record additional Reserves for Possible Losses on Loans (approximately 80 billion yen) for some credit from a forward–looking perspective based on future projections, reflecting the potential impact of COVID–19 on our financials for fiscal 2019.
