These indexes have been developed by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI). They include companies evaluated from the viewpoint of ESG.2
|MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)
This index has been developed by U.S. company MSCI and consists of the stocks of companies that have received high scores for gender diversity as calculated based on their data disclosed under the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace2.
|STOXX Global ESG Leaders
The STOXX Global ESG Leaders index was established by STOXX Limited, a group company of the Deutsche Borse Group. A global index, it selects companies that meet strict ESG criteria.
|2022 Bloomberg Gender–Equality Index
This index, developed by Bloomberg, includes stocks of companies in 45 countries worldwide that are actively undertaking initiatives to create workplace environments that feature gender equality and have policies and a record of accomplishments in information disclosure.
