We are delighted to announce that on February 21, 2017, Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. (President & Group CEO: Yasuhiro Sato) and three other group companies* were recognized under the 2017 Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program (Large Enterprise Category), a program established by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in fiscal 2016.
The Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program honors the work of organizations that approach their employees' health and wellbeing from a management perspective. These organizations coordinate with insurance providers to put into practice strategic workforce health management, with the aim of energizing the workforce and increasing productivity, for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
